With the Standard Listing you get an enhanced listing on the search results page, (see example below) which links to your own individual web site located on our servers. Click the "More information" link for a sample.
Your Standard listing sorts above any free, Basic or Basic Plus listings and contains a thumbnail image of your choice, (up to 200k in JPEG format). The thumbnail photo shown with your listing will be scaled to 160 pixels x 120 pixels ( four times the size of the Basic and Basic Plus listings ) and, when clicked on, will expand to the original size of the photo you submitted.
In addition to the contact information contained on the Basic listing a Standard listings also includes a short description of your property, your full postal address and a link to your custom multipage IndeXinn web site. Your website is generated automatically from the information you provide. Absolutely no programming is required.
Your custom web page contains a 300 word introductory description of your property, 3 - 300 x 225 pixel photographs of your choice and a 200 word description of each photograph. A list of in-room and on-site features, complete contact information including phone, fax and toll free numbers, a link to your own domain website and a secure email form that does not expose your email address to spammers.
If any of our visitors have reviewed your property or submitted photos a link to those items will be displayed within the listing and from your IndeXinn web page. (this feature coming soon)
A Standard listing costs just $89 usd a year and is available to any independent accommodation owner that provides lodging to the public in any form. Whether you own a bed and breakfast, boutique hotel, castle, villa, chalet, cottage, ranch, farm, fishing camp, tent, treehouse or whatever, just one extra nights rental will more than pay for your listing.
An IndeXinn web site is a great way to promote your accommodation. You get a unique web address that you can use on your brochures, letterhead and business cards. Change the wording and photographs anytime and as often as you wish using our Web Wizard with absolutely no extra charge and no need to hire a programmer.
